Bienvenu Pop-Up Venue
Bienvenu is a conceptual prototype for a wine and tapas venue which won the HX Hotel Experience Pioneering Food Concept Award.
The venue prototype, built and operated at the HX Expo, transforms from a seven foot square reception table into a 20’ long wine and tapas venue, with full capability to serve 8 premium wines by the glass, 2 wines or beers in keg format, and hot and cold tapas. The unit requires minimal infrastructure and is ideal for a hotel lobby or airport lounge.
The idea was inspired by high-end European home kitchens that slide and fold into small spaces when not in use, and quietly unfold at the press of a button.
