The micro-pop-up concept is a complete wine and tapas venue that unfolds from what doubles as a reception table in a hotel, airport or restaurant setting.

The sustainable design was inspired by high-tech automated residential kitchens that unfold for use in space-strapped European markets. This commercial version features a wine preservation system for premium pour wine-by-the-glass, tapas cooked with a ventless flash oven, and two wines or beers ‘on tap’.

The system prototype, fabricated by RPI Industries, unfolds to a twenty foot long venue and reduces back to a 50 square foot table when not in use.
